If you’re the one,

Sometimes you’re the one blocking yourself from pursuing something you want. 
Maybe not intentionally, but your fears, anxiety and past experiences halts you in the marathon of learning and growing. 

What can you do? 

1. Have a day to yourself and think profoundly about what’s stopping you.🌟

2. Talk to someone you trust. A friend, colleague or seek professional help. 👯

3. Don’t overwhelm yourself with huge tasks. Set easy and achievable goals.📈

4. Be patient. It’s a bad day, it’ll pass
